Young People Matter (Survey)

Do you ever feel that young people in this country are just ignored by politicians?

At the next general election I will be the Liberal Democrat candidate in West Dorset and I believe young people matter a lot. I want to hear what young people like you think about the world we live in because I want to be able to represent the views of all West Dorset’s residents in Parliament.

Some of the young people I know have told me that they like the way Liberal Democrats were against going to war in Iraq (I was on the huge march in London in 2003), oppose university tuition fees and lead the way on environmental issues. They say they like the fact that we want to close tax loopholes for the very rich and give tax cuts to the people who earn least.

I am proud of our record of campaigning for a fairer, greener society in which everyone matters.

Now, you can tell me what you think by completing the survey below. There is also a new Facebook group, Young, liberal and living in West Dorset where you can have your say.
